This is a "Tattoo-Me Keith" figure from SILAS. The item has been opened, and a few of the included tattoo stickers have been used. The used stickers have been applied to the figure itself (and not removed). The figure itself has no noticeable scratches or damage, and the packaging is generally in good condition. This is a discontinued item released in the 2000s and is now difficult to obtain. * Although listed as having some scratches and dirt, there is hardly any, just the tattoo stickers.
