This is an Usamaru stationmaster ballpoint pen that I purchased at Tokyo Station Ichiban-gai Character Street. (It was released in June 2020.) It has been stored unused. There is a resin ball on the tip of the ballpoint pen, so I think you can understand that it is unused ☺︎ However, there is a blue stain on the outer bag... I opened it once and wiped it with alcohol, but the stain did not come off. There was no color transfer on the ballpoint pen itself, and there were no problems.
