The size is 25 cm (see image 2). The "12-piece" description refers to the 12 clasps (kohaze), not that there are 12 tabi socks included. Compared to the previous product, the cushioning, slip resistance, and fit have been further improved. The air cushion in the heel provides a comfortable fit. I have stored these in a dark place since I bought them, but as I am an amateur seller, please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor imperfections or seek a perfect product.
