I think my parents' purely Japanese-style house never had a chance to use it. I don't know when it was made. I believe it's new and unused, but please understand that it has been stored for a long time. m(_ _)m It seems to be woven with thick cotton thread, or perhaps macrame-like, and it has a considerable weight. If it didn't have the part for the pole to go through, it would be thick enough to use as a doormat or a large bath mat. The woven natural scenery makes me feel calm. I'm in the process of clearing out my parents' house, end-of-life preparations, and decluttering. Thank you.
