This is a Smith Mariette II, 7'6" 4-weight, 2-piece rod. This rod was developed to further enhance the completed Mariette series, with the concept of a rod that increases opportunities to entice fish. It has a stylish and luxurious design, with a two-tone grip, a spigot ferrule with nickel silver rings, nickel silver used for the up-lock reel seat rings, and the end cap. The action is medium-fast, and with a light stroke, it's an easy-to-handle rod even for beginners. There are no major noticeable scratches, but there are some cork grip blemishes and stains. Also, there are scratches on the reel seat from inserting a reel. Please check the condition in the images, including other aspects. Accessories include only the rod sock. When shipping, it will be placed in a plastic case and carefully protected. The reel in the photo is a sample and is not included.
