I purchased a beginner's set for 9000 yen and used it once for a performance before putting it up for sale. It's cheap because it's a beginner's set, so the tuning is only approximate, and the tuner that came with the set barely works. After about two weeks, the strings developed a bit of rust. I did a sing-along in that condition, but I think it's unnoticeable to a novice. I'll also include the picks and the tuner, which hardly picks up any sound.
