I think these would be perfect for someone who wears 23-23.5 cm. They feel heavy, but the insole isn't hard. If the size fits, I don't think they'll cause any pain. Original Dr. Martens made in England are quite rare, so I think these are a rare find. However, they are vintage, so there is considerable wear and tear.
