Repair costs (about 40,000 yen for fret leveling, nut replacement, rewinding, peg replacement, and gig bag purchase) have been incurred, so I can't offer a significant price reduction, but feel free to negotiate! This is a 1993 Steve Morse model (the neck plate has a 94 serial number, so it may have been manufactured in 1993 and shipped in 1994). The paint has peeling and cracking like this, but there are absolutely no issues with playing it. After purchase, fret leveling and nut replacement were done at a repair shop. Since one of the pegs was missing at the time of purchase, I replaced it with a Schaller one. Only one peg button is pearl. The front pickup had a broken coil, so I had it rewound by JUNTONE. It seems that it was originally wound with extremely thin AWG44 wire, and I had them rewind it with the same thickness of wire to match the catalog specifications for resistance. The truss rod works fine, and the frets are about 70% remaining after fret leveling. A hard case is not included, but I will include a gig bag that came with a Japanese-made Music Man Axis EX. The paint condition is unfortunate, but the string height can be set low, and there are no problems with playing it at all, so it's recommended for players or those considering a refinish!
