I used this for one season after purchasing it used. There are no tears, but it shows signs of use. There is some dirt that I couldn't completely remove. (I washed it at home and then stored it.) The inner label (sticker part) is almost completely peeled off. The dirt might come off if you wash it carefully, but I'm selling it as is. m(_ _)m I look forward to your purchase (*^*)
