This is a blouse with ruffles at the chest. It has a delicate strap pattern. I bought it about three years ago and only tried it on, after which it sat in my closet. The buttons start around the chest area (see image 3). The edges of the ruffles have a slightly pilled look from the beginning (see image 5), but I don't think it's very noticeable. I will fold it up small for shipping, so please be aware that there may be some creases.
