These are mini Pokémon character figures. They were played with by a child and include items obtained from bath bombs, candy prizes, gachapon, and one Pokémon Kids finger puppet (Gengar and Pikachu). There are minor scratches and dirt, and some of the gachapon accessories may be missing. The items in the photos are all that is included.
