Thank you for viewing. This is a lower jaw tooth of a great white shark (Carcharodon carcharias). The longest part measures 36.1mm (mesial edge), and the distal edge is 35.0mm. It's a very well-balanced tooth, almost the same length on both sides, and a complete tooth in every aspect, including the crown, serrations, and root. The enameloid of the crown is a transparent white and very beautiful. Although it's a lateral functional tooth, there are no chips on the serrated edges, and the sharpness and cutting edge are like a cutter knife. The root is also white like the crown, and it's a truly beautiful tooth with no dirt at all. The nutrient foramen is single, but it splits into two inside. What's unusual is that it splits vertically instead of in the mesiodistal direction. It's quite a beauty, and a tooth you'd want to cherish. Please check the condition in the images.
