Everything in the image is included. There are scuffs, minor scratches, peeling corners, stains, and signs of use from storage. There are magic marker lines on the inside vinyl. The top of the spine's vinyl was peeling, so it has been repaired with glue. The main body is approximately 22cm tall and 15.5cm wide.
