This is a pull-tab tassel chain by Dauan Jacari. I believe the retail price was around $300. It's a brand that started in 2024 by a Black designer in NY, and it's recently become available in Japan at the elephant. This particular accessory is not even stocked at the elephant, so it's likely no longer available. It's quite rare. The design connects vintage can lids.
