I'm selling it as part of a decluttering effort. I've checked it over again. There are no noticeable folds, stains, or tears, and it's clean, but there is a small amount of writing on only one page. As it's a beginner's edition, it's written in an easy-to-understand way, focusing on well-known children's songs and nursery rhymes.
