This is the Doona ISOFIX base. It's the base used to secure the stroller in the car when it's in the car seat configuration. Purchased in the US about two and a half years ago. I bought two bases, and this one was used in my parents' car. It might be slightly different from the Japanese version, such as not having the ISOFIX bars that extend to the floor, but since the child seat laws are stricter in the US than in Japan, I haven't felt any particular inconvenience, including when using it in the car. Includes instruction manual. I've left it in the car, so I've marked it as having some scratches just in case, but it's still in good condition and I think you can still use it.
