I don't remember when I bought it, but I think I've been using it for about 3 years. I was using it for charging in the bedroom. There's a little fraying on part of the braided cable, but it charges without any problems, and I think it can still be used for a while. Since I bought it, the cases on both sides of the connector haven't been fixed, and they sometimes shift if you pull on them with a little force, but it doesn't affect the use. See images 5 and 6.
