This is a set of four Sylvanian Families items: a wooden cupboard from the Memory Time series, a storage bench, a long bench, and a rug. These are quite old, so there may be minor scratches and discoloration due to aging, but I believe there are no major damages or stains. However, these are old, used items that children have played with, and they have been stored at home by a non-professional.
