This mouthpiece is becoming difficult to obtain due to the Giardinelli company's acquisition and subsequent production halt. There is a "3" marking on the rim side, and a faint gold plating remains. It appears to be a two-piece model with a screw rim, but it is stuck. There are scratches on the rim, body, and shank. There are no major scratches or dents that would interfere with playing.
