The outer, light blue part is a slightly glittery gloss, and the heart in the middle changes color to a shocking pink lipstick. I've used it about 10 times, but there's still plenty left. It also has a slightly sweet scent. You can also use the container on its own after you're done with the product. This is a used item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
