My family has used it only a few times. * There is a manual for My Cute, but there is no manual for the dedicated cushion. You insert My Cute into the dedicated cushion and use it by vibrating it. * There are some scratches, loose threads, and yellowing on the white sponge part of the cushion, but this was from the time of purchase. Otherwise, I think there are no noticeable stains or scratches. * Please prepare the batteries yourself. * There is no box.
