This is a brand new, unused item. It comes in a can, a box, and with instructions. I will send the item shown in the first photo. There was also a nail scratcher, but it was dirty from the time of purchase, so I discarded it. This is a sale of the nail clippers only. I've used the same type before, and it's very easy to use, requiring little force and cutting easily. Also, it's lightweight and folds up small, making it convenient to carry around.
