It has a chain handle, and inside the bag, there's a rubber band and a flat pocket each. It can also be used as a clutch bag. The silver beads and iridescent sequin decorations are in a small flower motif. There are threads left over from the embroidery that was done in two places when I bought it. There is one place where a sequin has come off. There are also places where beads have come out. However, it's at the edge and bottom, and I only noticed it after I bought it, so I don't think you'd notice unless you were told. Since I won't be using it in the future, I'm offering it to someone who can use it for a glamorous event during the New Year's holiday.
