The obi fabric is adorned with soft gradations using gold and lamé, creating a sense of depth, as if mist is drifting with the light. The subdued gray tone prevents it from being overly flashy, exuding an elegant radiance. The stretching branches and leaves are embroidered, giving it a three-dimensional quality and a luxurious feel that cannot be achieved with printing. The exquisite use of subdued gold and white threads creates a sophisticated design suitable for adult women. There are some undulations in the fabric and slight dullness. There is a faint stain on the taiko (drum) part, but it is not very noticeable when worn. Recommended for those who can enjoy the sophisticated vintage feel. Pairs well with Tsumugi, Komon, Iro-muji, and Edo Komon kimonos. Suitable for theater outings, dinner parties, hotel tea times, and lessons. It looks great when paired with cool-toned kimonos for a clean look, or intentionally with dark-colored kimonos to highlight the obi's gradation.
