This is a 21-note solid kalimba. Made from white oak and finished with beeswax. The thickest part is 20mm, and the ends are 15mm. This is just my personal impression, but the direct vibration unique to solid kalimbas is transmitted, resulting in a long sustain, and I find the resonance of the low notes particularly pleasant.
