It's designed to provide a little extra room when putting it on and taking it off. Only tried on indoors, but the size didn't fit and the dog struggled, causing a seam to split about 1 cm (photo 6). It was tight around the chest on a 5kg puppy. The tag has been cut off and is not included. Purchased this season at Cainz.
