This is a spotlight that plugs into a power outlet. (Bulb base: E17) It's a clip-on type, so it can be used in rental properties. I used it at home for about a year, so there are some scratches on the grip. I would appreciate it if you could purchase it if you can accept this. In addition to the bulb that was in it when I used it, I will also include a different type of LED bulb (E17).
