I believe there are no missing items, but everything in the photos is included. The USB Type A to B cable and the 6.3mm to 3.5mm adapter are unused. They were working normally until I removed them today, but in the unlikely event of a malfunction in the buyer's environment, I will not be able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
