This is a SELMER C☆ clarinet mouthpiece. It's the mouthpiece that came with a SELMER 10S I purchased 33 years ago. I used it a bit after buying it, so there are teeth marks. Other than that, there are no chips on the tip or rails. The period of use, or rather, the number of times it was used, is small.
