I purchased this PrimaLoft insulated vest from an authorized retailer last year. It's size 54. The fit is slightly roomy on me, and I'm 177cm tall. It's a slim fit, so it doesn't feel as large as the size indicates. Since it's insulated with PrimaLoft, I think it can be worn for a long period, except in the summer.
