The well-known Fushimi dolls of Kyoto are said to be the origin of Japanese clay dolls. This is a Fukusuke doll holding a Harukoma (a toy of a young boy). - While it looks relatively clean at first glance, it is an old item, so it is being sold with some scratches and dirt.
