(Compared to other Shelled Synchillas I own, the outer nylon material is softer, so it might be a Shelled Capilene.) The Made in USA label is a nice touch; it's made in America. It's an XS size, but it's a larger fit, so I think it's about a size S in reality. Please refer to the measurements.
