A sticker is on the upper right, and there's a warning sticker, so this is likely a 1st pressing, limited to 5,000 copies. *Quoted from Wikipedia* Of the limited 5,000 copies, the Side A label of the initial press (first press) had a misprint of "Original Mix". The title sticker on the additional press (second press) was also changed from the upper right to the upper left of the jacket, and both sides were changed to a plain white label without printing, like a promotional record. The additional press had fewer copies produced than the initial press, making it even rarer. The record has not been played.
