This was purchased at a handmade sales event. I bought it for my daughter, but she never had the chance to wear it, so it has been stored in her clothing closet. It's a black stripe, but the stripes are fine, so I think it can be worn outside of midsummer. The fabric seems to be a sturdy cotton type. It is unlined. The vest has a stylish asymmetrical hem on the front, with the hem sloping diagonally. Also, the direction of the stripes on the left and right sides of the front are different, which is also stylish. It seems like it can be used for a long season when paired with blouses or T-shirts. The culottes have pockets on both sides. The waistband is elastic all around, so it seems like it can be worn for a long time. They can also be used separately. There is no size indication. Based on the measurements below, it is likely equivalent to a size 120. Also, I purchased it around the time my daughter was in 1st grade and wore size 120, so I believe it's around that size.
