The purchase date is unknown. ● It shows signs of use, but there are no stains or damage to the metal fittings or decorative flowers. The spring is also strong, but this is just my amateur assessment, and it's a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. It's a very lovely item with 10 pink and white flowers. Thank you.
