This is a set of fabric scraps featuring Cars cotton prints. The fabric has some creases, but there are no stains. The Tomica and Shinkansen fabrics are laminated, making them ideal for placemats, etc. It comes with a drawstring bag, sized to hold a cup. Although the fabrics are several years old, I think they are still usable.
