This is a Seattle Reign uniform signed by Rumi Utsugi. It's an authentic uniform with her name and the number 20 on the back. This is a very rare uniform, as it's not widely available in Japan. The sponsor is Microsoft. I purchased it from the team's official shop. It is new and unused, but please note that it did not come with tags when purchased. The size is listed as XL, but it is a women's size, so it fits a bit snug. Also, there are some wrinkles on the number and name on the back from the time of purchase. Please refer to the photos.
