There are some marks, scratches, and dirt on the mouthpiece patch, but there is no major damage, and I think it's in relatively clean condition. Personally, I think it's a very easy-to-play mouthpiece. The ligature is for Gottsu hard rubber mouthpieces. I don't think it's currently sold. Thank you. Please refrain from price negotiations.
