Panasonic EH-SA96-P Purchased several years ago, used once or twice a week for about two months, and then stored unused in its box in a closet. It's recommended not to use tap water, so I used distilled water. The product is clean with no noticeable stains, but the box has aged due to storage. (There is some dirt and damage.) The instruction manual is clean on the front, but has some folds on the back. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. The images are everything. For trial use, two lavender aroma tablets are included. One has been used once and is opened, but still has a strong scent, so I will include it. Please let me know if you don't need them.
