The condition of the items is as follows: There is slight sun damage on the top and left edge of the cover of the "Turner & Hooch" pamphlet. There is age-related staining on the back cover of the "Pretty League" pamphlet (see photo). The "Big," "Mayfield's Monsters," "Bonfire of the Vanities," and "Philadelphia" pamphlets are in good condition, in my subjective opinion. These are old pamphlets, so please understand and accept that they are vintage and pre-owned before purchasing.
