However, I contacted the manufacturer using the serial number and received confirmation that it is a "T-500 made in the 1980s." This model is equivalent to the current "T-WO1, T-WO2" and is still a very popular model. The pads have never been replaced since I purchased it. They still had flexibility, so I consulted with the shop during maintenance and decided not to replace them for now.
