This is a smelt fishing tent from Camp Town. It appears to be an older model, with some deterioration of the fabric and some stains. Functionally, there are no problems. The size is approximately 160 x 160 x 160. It's not as easy to set up as a one-touch tent, but you just need to extend each pole, so with practice, you can easily set it up by yourself.
