This is a K&F mount adapter, famous among old lens enthusiasts. M42 mount lenses for old lenses can be used with Sony's NEX E mount. It supports the push-pin type. Due to the step on the screw attachment part, it also supports infinity focus with some Fujinon lenses and Mamiya SX lenses.
