I bought this at Isabel Marant in Grand Front Osaka about 5 years ago for around 40,000 yen. There are no noticeable scratches, but I've worn it about 10 times and washed it at home on the delicate cycle. I haven't worn it in about 3 years and have been storing it at home, so please purchase only if you understand. It will be shipped folded up small.
