This is a long-sleeved uniform of the Vietnam People's Army. It has two stars on the shoulders, indicating rank. There were three holes when I purchased it; please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. There may be some fraying as it is a Southeast Asian product. I purchased it in Vietnam. The size is generally for people with a medium build. It has a Vietnam military tag, and I've added a red component, which is proof of the Vietnam People's Army. The rank insignia on the shoulders can have the holes moved or be made into one. I have seen them being worked on in Vietnam.
