It is new and unopened, and I believe the figure itself has no noticeable scratches or stains (please contact the manufacturer regarding initial defects). However, due to long-term home storage, the package has some minor scratches, dents, and discoloration of the tape. Please check the photos for the condition. The figure will be wrapped in packing material (bubble wrap) while still in its package box, and then shipped in a cardboard box. Please understand the above and consider purchasing.
