Almost new, unused condition. I bought this at a hat shop in Paris when I went to France. It's made of felt. I only wore it for a few hours that day, and it's been stored in the closet ever since. The storage condition was good, so the condition is excellent. I have fond memories of people complimenting me on the hat when I was wearing it, saying things like, "What a lovely hat!" Foreigners, even the elderly, would wear wonderful hats (some quite eccentric and stylish!) without hesitation.
