Classic guitar SHINANO CONCERT GUITER SC-25, a Japanese vintage item for sale. This is a Japanese HAND MADE guitar, produced with excellent craftsmanship using high-quality and expensive materials, and was sold at a list price of 25,000 yen at the time. SHINANO (Shinano Gakki Kogyo Co., Ltd.) was a guitar brand that produced guitars from the 1960s to the 1970s, and there is currently no accurate documentation available. The top material uses high-quality solid wood. The exterior condition has two scratches near the binder on the left side of the top, a few small and shallow dents, and two dents on the back of the neck, but the sides and back are generally clean with no major damage. There are shallow, small dents on the front and back of the headstock, but it looks clean. It has been naturally aged over many years, and has a wonderful sound with a rich tone across all frequencies. The neck has a slight forward bow, and the string height is approximately 2.2mm for both the 1st and 6th strings at the 5th fret, and approximately 3.5mm for the 1st string and 3.7mm for the 6th string at the 12th fret. The fret life remaining is over 90%. The nut width of the neck is 50mm, and the scale length is approximately 652mm. The bridge saddle protrusion is approximately 2mm for both the 1st and 6th strings. The entire guitar was cleaned and restrung with new strings in September 2025. No accessories are included.
