As shown in the second photo (where the masking tape is applied) One of the legs is difficult to extend and retract. It's difficult to explain in words, but there's a snag, and it doesn't extend or retract smoothly, so it's considered junk. However, both low and high positions (as shown in the third photo) are usable, so please understand this before purchasing. It will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in simple packaging.
