The photos were taken with the strap shortened. I received this at the time of purchasing boots at Xebio and used it to get home. After that, it was stored at home without being used. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please consider purchasing with an understanding of minor scratches and scuffs. There is no name tag. Also, when shipping, I will try not to fold the insoles, but the outer bag will be folded to fit into a B4-size envelope. Please be sure to agree to this before purchasing.
